Beloved Children…

You are my spiritual children and I am your spiritual father.  This is a mystical reality that is both glorious and terrifying–glorious because, in spite of my unworthiness, Christ chose me to be His priest, and terrifying, for I shall have to stand before Him at my personal judgment to give Him an account of my fatherhood.  If by God’s spiritual gift of grace and natural gift of intellect I have attained any wisdom or insight into matters of importance, I would be remiss if I did not share it with my children.  What follows are my prima facie observations, study, and conclusions concerning the Paris Olympic Opening Ceremony.  I adjure you to read it with prayerful consideration.

On June 23, 2015, the National Olympic Committee of France formally announced its intention to “bid” to host the 2024 Summer Olympic Games.  On July 31, 2017, the International Olympics Committee announced that Paris was awarded the “contract” to host the 2024 Summer Olympics, which commenced this past Friday with its Opening Ceremony.

The amount of planning that is necessary to host an international event the magnitude of the Olympics is mind-boggling.  So, you can imagine my incredulity when Paris Olympics 2024 spokesperson Anne Descamps spoke during a press conference on Sunday addressing the drag-queen depiction of the Last Supper, saying “There was clearly never an intention to show disrespect to any religious group.  On the contrary, I think we tried to celebrate community, tolerance.  We believe this ambition was achieved.  If people have taken any offense, we’re of course really sorry.”

Seven years of planning and it never dawned on anyone that a LGBTQ drag-queen depiction of the Last Supper would be offensive to Catholics and other Christians?  As the saying goes, “Don’t [urinate] on my leg and tell me it’s raining.”  Ofcourse they intended to offend.  Do not allow yourselves to be gaslit.   (Gaslighting:  grossly misleading and manipulating someone to the point that the victim is left questioning the validity of their own thoughts and perception of reality).

What does Olympic mean?  Olympic is an adjective derived from Olympus, the name of the mountain where the pagan Greek gods lived.

What is a ceremony?  A ceremony is first and foremost defined as a religious rite.

Psalm 95:5: …all the gods of the gentiles are devils.

As offended as I am at the Olympic Opening Ceremony, I (nor any other Catholic) was the primary target of the offense.  The primary target of the blasphemous depiction of the Last Supper was God Himself.  We Catholics were just the intended secondary targets.  We are offended because they offended the Lord.  Before I go further, let us address a question that is fundamental to our faith:

What is the Last Supper?  The Last Super is the FIRST holy Mass.  It was the PRE-presentation of the Sacrifice of Christ on the Cross that redeemed the human race.  Every holy Mass since has been a RE-presentation of the Sacrifice of Christ.

Take this, all of you, and eat of it, for this is My Body which will be given up for you.

Take this, all of you and drink from it, for this is the chalice of My Blood, the Blood of the new and eternal covenant, which will be poured out for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins.  Do this in memory of Me.

The Last Supper is the INSTITUTION of the Holy Eucharist, the holy Mass, the new and eternal covenant in HIS BLOOD.  In this use of the word, INSTITUTION is the ACT of INSTITUTING something.  The infinitive TO INSTITUTE is defined by the infinitive TO INAUGURATE.

Despite the clear depiction and mockery of the Last Supper, Olympic officials have insisted that their drag-queen presentation was actually a depiction of a festival of the Greek god Dionysus.  I contend that it was BOTH.  It was a mockery of the Last Supper AND a depiction of a festival of Dionysus.

Who is Dionysus?  In ancient Greek religion and myth, Dionysus (/dar.e’naises/; Ancient Greek: Alóvuros Dionysos) is the god of wine-making, orchards and fruit, vegetation, fertility, festivity, insanity, ritual madness, religious ecstasy, and theatre. He was also known as Bacchus (/bækes/ or /ba:kas/; Ancient Greek: Bakxos Bacchos) by the Greeks (a name later adopted by the Romans) for a frenzy he is said to induce called baccheia.  As Dionysus Eleutherius (“the liberator”), his wine, music, and ecstatic dance free his followers from self-conscious fear and care, and subvert the oppressive restraints of the powerful.  His thyrsus, a fennel-stem sceptre, sometimes wound with ivy and dripping with honey, is both a beneficent wand and a weapon used to destroy those who oppose his cult and the freedoms he represents. Those who partake of his mysteries are believed to become possessed and empowered by the god himself. His origins are uncertain, and his cults took many forms; some are described by ancient sources as Thracian, others as Greek. In Orphism, he was variously a son of Zeus and Persephone; a chthonic or underworld aspect of Zeus; or the twice-born son of Zeus and the mortal Semele. The Eleusinian Mysteries identify him with lacchus, the son or husband of Demeter. Most accounts say he was born in Thrace, traveled abroad, and arrived in Greece as a foreigner. His attribute of “foreignness” as an arriving outsider-god may be inherent and essential to his cults, as he is a god of epiphany, sometimes called “the god who comes”.  Wine was a religious focus in the cult of Dionysus and was his earthly incarnation.  Wine could ease suffering, bring joy, and inspire divine madness.  Festivals of Dionysus included the performance of sacred dramas enacting his myths, the initial driving force behind the development of theatre in Western culture.  The cult of Dionysus is also a “cult of the souls”; his maenads (priestesses) feed the dead through blood-offerings, and he acts as a divine communicant between the living and the dead.  He is sometimes categorized as a dying-and-rising god. Dionysus: An outsider-god, a son of Zeus, “the god who comes.”

CHRIST: THE ONLY SON OF GOD [WHO] FOR US MEN AND FOR OUR SALVATION CAME DOWN FROM HEAVEN.

Dionysus:  god of wine, wine is his earthly incarnation, his priestesses “feed the dead” with sacrificed blood. 

CHRIST:  “TAKE THIS, ALL OF YOU, AND DRINK FROM IT FOR THIS IS THE CHALICE OF MY BLOOD, THE BLOOD OF THE NEW AND ETERNAL COVENANT.”  Christ’s priests feed the LIVING with His BLOOD.

Dionysus:  a communicant between the living & the dead, a dying-and-rising god.

CHRIST:  SUFFERED UNDER PONTIUS PILATE, WAS CRUCIFIED, DIED AND WAS BURIED; HE DESCENDED INTO HELL; ON THE THIRD DAY HE ROSE AGAIN FROM THE DEAD.

Remember what you just read about Dionysus—Festivals of Dionysus included the performance of sacred dramas enacting his myths, the initial driving force behind the development of theatre in Western culture.  What was on display at the Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony was a demonically inverted theatric portrayal and mockery of the holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

What is a black mass?  A black mass is a debauched satanic ritual in which the holy Eucharist is desecrated.

If someone suggested to me that there was an intentionally planned black mass that was synchronized with the opening ceremony’s satanic theatrics, I would have little reason to doubt it.  In the United States ALONE, more than 28 million people watched the Paris Opening Ceremony.  How many more hundreds and hundreds of millions of people around the world also watched the Opening Ceremony?  How many countless people were PASSIVE (unknowing) participants in a ceremony (religious ritual) mocking and desecrating Christ?

Children, the Last Supper INAUGURATED the new and eternal covenant that opened the gates of Heaven.  Satan hates God, and he hates us.  It seems quite clear that Satan and his human followers INAUGURATED an evil covenant by this black-mass last-supper festival-of-Dionysus and wanted (or needed?) the whole world to be advised and warned of it through the veiled genre of entertainment.  This event was truly an act of Satan, unprecedented in its “olympic proportion,” and the powers and plan it summoned and likely initiated must be actively guarded against with utmost vigilance and prayer.  The evil one’s time has a limit.  Desperate fiends are savages.  How much more so will Satan be in his ever-shortening time to wreak havoc on the children of God and seduce as many souls as he can unto eternal damnation? Prepare yourselves for whatever may come from Satan’s minions’ public declaration of hatred of Christ and hatred of us through intensified prayer, especially the Holy Rosary.  Go to confession.  Receive Holy Communion worthily and often.  Make no compromise, give not an inch, keep the Faith!

Revelation 12:17:  And the dragon was angry against the woman: and went to make war with the rest of her seed, who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Oh, sweet Jesus, have mercy on us and hide us within Thy Sacred Heart!
